Ryan L. Smeltzer, 31, of Kittanning, PA passed away Saturday, May 19th, in Kittanning. Ryan was born in Natrona Heights, PA on April 20, 1981, a son of Donald (Amy Smeltzer, of Bellefonte, PA and the late Sharon (Mellon) Tarasi. Ryan enjoyed going fishing with his friends He is survived by his son Colton Lee Smeltzer, of Kittanning. Step father, Harry (Theresa) Tarasi, of Natrona Heights. 2 half-sisters Sarah Smeltzer, of Bellefonte, PA and Angie Eardley, of Ford City;
At the family's request there will be no visitation and burial service will be private.
