Dear Eileen:
You and your family have our deepest condolences. We fondly remember our "young marrieds" time together in the University of Cincinnati era of our lives and regret not being closer since then. Our dinner with you two in LA during your train tour made us realize what splendid times we'd missed. We take comfort looking forward to "catching up" with Merle once more.

Godspeed. Ray & Elaine Usell

Elmer,
I love and will miss you terribly. You made growing up on Primrose Dr. a truly happy place. Thank you for saving me when I crashed face first on your driveway and for always lighting the magical star on the mount at Christmas time. There are too many memories to recount but they will stay with me forever. Rest now. I’ll see you later.
With love,
Forever your Zeke

Don and I would like to add our sympathy at this time of your deep sorrow. We know of the difficult times you were going through and think of the things Merle would try to do, like regularly visiting our neighbor, Evelyn Hoak. She so appreciated that. All of you have been, and will continue to be, in our thoughts and prayers. People of faith do not walk alone on this journey, and we can be sustain by that thought. Most sincerely, Don and Virginia Shirey
