Mr. Ralph L. Armour, 75, of Middlesex Twp., passed away at 9:15 PM, Wednesday, March 9th, 2011 peacefully at UPMC Shadyside in Pittsburgh.

Ralph was born in Freeport, PA on March 17, 1935, the son of the late Edmond C. and Ivalee (Spencer) Armour.

He worked as a armature winder at Allegheny Teledyne in Brackenridge for 41 years.

Ralph enjoyed hunting, fishing and bike riding. He and his wife loved spending winters in Florida, where he enjoyed wood carving, and making bird houses in his wood shop.

He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Karen F. (Dudek) Armour. 2 brothers Raymond C. and Eileen Armour of Buffalo Twp., Harry L. and Christine Armour of Lower Burrell; Sister Bernadine Armour of Youngstown, OH. His mother-in-law Ellen Dudek of Fawn Twp.; brother-in-law Barry and Linda Dudek of Meadville, PA, sister-in-law Dana Dudek of Yardley, PA. and numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his sister, Norma Jane Cleland, nephew, Keith Armour and a brother-in-law, Albert Dudek.

Family and friends are being received on Saturday March 12th from 10 am to 12pm. in the
Redmond Funeral Home Inc. 524 High St. Freeport, PA

A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home, following the visitation at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 12th. The burial will be private.
