I'm so sorry to hear about this. I was just thinking of Janey the other day - I don't know why, I just was. She was always in my high school homeroom - Sh and Si were always close! - and she was inevitably friendly, and kind, and wonderful to me. I send her family, particularly Amos, my deepest sympathy. She was a fine person; the world is a little less good without her.

Terri Stark Devereaux

Amos and family, "my deepest sympathy" seems so inadequate. God truly must have a wonderful plan for Jannie or he would not have taken such a gem. Amos, God also must have faith that you can continue in Jannie's spirit. I have thought about both of you frequently over the years. What a wonderful couple!

Linda Dolby Matarrese

Rebecca Doyle

Dear Amos and family,

Your beautiful wife and mother will be forever missed by me. The time that we were blessed to share was a joy. We had so much in common and our friendship was always easy. Janie was one of the most Godly women that I have had the pleasure of knowing and was such an example of how we should all be. One of the most delightful times shared with Janie was ANYTIME she shared stories about her grandchildren. God Bless all of you. I keep you in my prayers,

Rebecca Doyle
