Mrs. Shirley A. Frantz, 78, of South Buffalo Twp., passed away at 6:30 AM, Friday, December 14th, 2007 peacefully at Allegheny Valley Hospital, Harrison Twp.Mrs. Frantz was born in Tarentum, PA on September 4, 1929, the daughter of the late Raymond H. and Helen A. (Russell) Toy. She was the widow of Robert F. Frantz who passed in 2005Shirley was a member of Slate Lick United Presbyterian Church Freeport, PA 16229. She was a homemaker who enjoyed gardening and crocheting She is survived by her 2 daughters; Carolyn (Frank) Bowser of South Buffalo Twp. and Cindie Ishman of South Buffalo Twp. Her son Timothy (Kim) Frantz of South Buffalo Twp. A sister: Patricia (Raymond) Boyer of New Bethlehem and her brother: Melvin R. Toy of North Buffalo TwpShe is also survived by 8 grand and 14 great grandchildrenShe is preceded in death by her 3 brothers; Michael, Donald and James Toy and her granddaughter Shannon IshmanFamily and friends are being received on Monday Dec. 17th from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. in theREDMOND FUNERAL HOME, INC. 524 High St. Freeport, PAA funeral service will be held in the funeral home at 11:00 am on Tuesday, December 18th, . Burial will be in the Slate Lick Cemetery Freeport, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Slate Lick United Presbyterian Church 106 Brown Rd. Freeport, PA 16229
