Sally A. Bagdon, 73, of Buffalo Twp., passed away on Thursday, March 8th, while in the company of family, at her residence. Sally was born in St. Marys, PA on May 2, 1944, a daughter of the late Alberta (Myers) and James D. Smith. She had worked as a Registered Nurse for 44 years. She had with Russellton Medical Group, Bahrd Home Health and other various facilities. Sally was of the Protestant faith. She a member of the Town & Country Decorative Painters and a member of the Butler-Freeport Rails to Trails. She was also a volunteer with the Meals on Wheels in Natrona Heights for a short time. She enjoyed hiking, kayaking, riding her bicycle, painting, gardening and spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Louis A. Bagdon; daughter Anne Marie Bagdon and her fiancé Bruce Orr, of Cheswick; son Mark (Pam) Bagdon. of Buffalo Twp., grandchildren Eric Faulx & Jessica Bagdon; step mother Lenore Smith of Winfield Twp.; sister Sandra (Ronald) Gaito of New Kensington, brother James Wesley Smith of Oregon; and 4 nieces. There will no public visitation. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
