Mrs. Treva F. Good, 83, of Freeport, passed away at 2:45 AM, Sunday, September 12th, 2010 peacefully at Alle-Kiski Medical Center, Natrona Heights.

Treva was born in Mathias, WV on October 6, 1926, the daughter of the late Oscar Luther and Edna Malily (Kohne) Weaver, Sr. She was the widow of John P. Good who passed in 1980.

Mrs. Good was a homemaker and a member of Evangel Heights Assembly of God Sarver, PA
Treva was a member of the Silver Saints group at her church. She enjoyed reading, crafts, sewing and spending time with the joy of her life, her grandchildren.

She is survived by her 6 children: 3 Daughters Charlotte McGuire of Freeport, Frances (David) Minner of Natrona Heights and Hazel (Edward) Mitchell of South Buffalo Twp. 3 Sons John Good of Nottingham, PA, Carl (Donna) Good of South Buffalo Twp. and Louis "Duke" Good of Murrieta, CA;
6 Sisters Edith (Herman) Yarbrough of Charleston, WV., Malily (Nelson) Payne of Linville, VA.
Alva Bible of Linville, VA., Bernice Atkins of Harrisonburg, VA., Virginia (Bill) Morris of Harrisonburg, VA. and Betty (Don) Southerly of Harrisonburg, VA.

She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her 2 brothers; Oscar L. Weaver, Jr. and Marion M. Weaver. Her sister, Gwendola Good.

Family and friends are being received on Tuesday Sept. 14th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.. in the Redmond Funeral Home Inc. 524 High St. Freeport, PA

A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home at 11:00 am on Wednesday, September 15th, with Rev. John Kuert officiating.

Burial will be held in Freeport Cemetery, Freeport, PA.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Evangel Heights Assembly of God 120 Beale Road Sarver, PA 16055
