Diana L. (Kammerdeiner) Geahry

Diana L. Geahry, 68, of Tarentum, passed away peacefully at her residence on Friday, July 31, 2026.

Born April 19, 1958, in Troy, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late John Kenneth Kammerdeiner, Sr. and Elaine M. “Dolly” (Moniaci) Kammerdeiner.

Diana was a 1977 graduate of Highlands High School and worked as a cook at various area restaurants, most recently at Freedom Square. She was of the Catholic faith.

She enjoyed baking and cooking, watching television, playing bingo, traveling, and especially spending time with her family.

She is survived by her grandson, Dominik Geahry; her son, Jason Geahry; sisters, Susan (Ronald) Ravotti and Lisa Gregoire; her brother, John Kenneth (Linda) Kammerdeiner, Jr., her estranged sister, Brenda Leo, her close family, Sara Rae (Eric), special grandkids, Zoe Weaver, R.J. Rae, and Gwen Rae; along with numerous nephews, nieces, and great-nieces and great-nephews and extended family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Julie Misera, who passed away in May 2026.

Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 at the Redmond Funeral Home, Inc., 524 High Street, Freeport, from 4-7 pm. A blessing service will follow at 7 pm with Father Vincent Yee Concepcion officiating. 

Private interment will be in Freeport Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
