Frederick P. Kepple, 76, of Sarver, passed away on Friday, May 24th, at his residence.
Fred was born in Natrona Heights, PA on September 1, 1947, a son of the late Betty (Brown) and George R. Kepple.
Fred was a Freeport High School graduate, Class of 1966 and served in the US Army. He retired from Allegheny Ludlum (ATI), where he worked as a truck driver. He was a member of Church of the Brethren Church in Natrona Heights. Fred enjoyed hunting, being outdoors, logging, and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his loving wife, Valerie (Little) Kepple, who he married June 2011, two sons Paul Kepple (Geoff Wooley), of Philadelphia and Aaron Kepple of Ford City, a daughter, Jodi (Mike) Dayton, of Beaver Creek, Ohio, step sons, Brian (Tracy) Little, of Roaring Spring and Dan (Kayla) Little of Duncansville. He is also survived by two brothers, George Robert (Barbara) Kepple of Saltzburg and Ronald E. (Carol) Kepple, of S. Buffalo Twp., 21 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
There will be no visitation.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, June 1st from Noon to 4:00 PM at the Church of the Brethren Church in Natrona Heights, with Dr. Steven Hanson and Harold Mele officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Valerie Kepple.
