Harry Timothy Wolfe

Harry Timothy Wolfe, 74, of North Buffalo Twp., passed away on Thursday, September 8, 2022, while surrounded by his family, at his home. Tim was born on his family farm in South Buffalo Twp. on October 26, 1947, a son of the late Jessie (Claypool) and Henry W. Wolfe. Tim was a 1965 graduate of Freeport High School. He worked for a brief time at Allegheny Ludlum in Brackenridge after high school. He then worked for many years as a welder and fabricator at Pullman Standard and Trinity Rail in Butler. After the closing of the steel car plant, Tim took a job as a custodian with Armstrong School District. Tim enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and camping. He loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He is survived by his daughter, Heather Wolfe & Keith Novak and his son, Jared T. Wolfe, all of North Buffalo Twp. Tim is also survived by his grandchildren, Dylan Vorpe, Jessica & Taylor Jack, Zayde Wolfe and his great grandson, Jhett Jack. In addition to his parents, Tim is preceded by his three brothers, Jerry, Larry and Henry "Lynn" Wolfe. Family and friends will be received on Sunday September 11th from 4-6 pm in the Redmond Funeral Home Inc. 524 High St. in Freeport. Funeral service will be held in the funeral home at 6 pm on Sunday immediately following the visitation with Pastor Jonathan D. Hill, officiating In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Union Baptist Church 475 Church Rd. Kittanning, PA 16201.
