John H. Uleski, 72 of South Buffalo Twp, passed away on Wednesday, September 11, 2024, at his home.
Born on March 26, 1952, in Natrona Heights, he was the son of Ted J. Uleski and Mary E. (Koedel) Uleski.
John was a graduate of Kiski Area High School Class of 1970. He was employed by Oberg Industries as a precision tool and die grinder, retiring in 2017 after over 40 years of service. John's array of interests and his active participation in community service painted a portrait of a man of diverse passions. A fervent member of the Pontiac-Oakland Club International, he shared his enthusiasm for music and classic cars, with a particular fondness for his Trans Ams. He was an avid runner, and his commitment to volunteering at the Kiski Valley Cat and Kitten Rescue showcased his charitable spirit. He will be deeply missed.
John was the beloved son of Mary E. (Koedel) Uleski of Sarver and the cherished brother to Kimberly Uleski Fascetti of Monroeville and Laurie Uleski-Foster and her husband Steve of Gilpin Twp. He is also survived by his nephew, Michael Uleski of Florida and niece, Candice Fascetti of Monroeville, great nephews, Daughtry, Quinn, and Rowan and close family friend Margie Ignozzi of Brackenridge.
He was preceded in death by his father, a brother Rick Lee Uleski and his maternal grandmother, Olive Renshaw Claypool.
In accordance with John's wishes, there will be no visitation.
A celebration of life will be held at John's home, 268 Ford City Road, Freeport, on Saturday October 5, 2024 from 11:30 am until ... The family will furnish chicken, drinks, and paper products.
