John A. (Jack) Osche, Sr.

John A. (Jack) Osche, Sr., 83, of Sarver, passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, September 25, 2024. 

Jack was born in Herman, PA on January 5, 1941, a son of the late Olivia (Schnur) and Clarence Osche.  He was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Parish- St. Joseph worship site.

Jack was an avid pool player and played in pool leagues at the White Star,  Runts, Sarver Vets and the Freeport Eagles.  He enjoyed hunting and spending time with his family. 

Jack is survived by his wife of 60 years, Jeanne Ann  (Campbell) Osche, daughter, Cynthia Osche and David Snodgrass, of Sarver;  two sons John A. & Lori Osche, Jr, of Sarver and Doug Osche, of Sarver, 3 grandchildren, Amber & Joseph Landis, Jr., Elizabeth & Kevin Bittner and Zachariah Osche, and 2 great grandchildren, Garren and Jonathan Osche. 

Jack is preceded in death by his parents.

At Jack’s request there will be no public visitation.
