Joyce Tolan Puebla, 72, of Beaver Falls, entered eternal rest on December 10, 2020, enveloped in love after a courageous battle with brain cancer. She was the older sister of John (Linda) Tolan, Patrick (Virginia Evans) Tolan, Diane (Dave) Bahrt, Francis (Robbin) Tolan, Denise (William) Shaeffer, the late Thomas (Judy) Tolan, Charles (Laura) Tolan, and Mary Kay (Jeffrey) Ams, and an aunt to dozens.
