Judith C. Renshaw, 78, of South Buffalo Township, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 24, 2021, at Armstrong Memorial Hospital in Kittanning. Judy was born Nov. 18, 1942, in Kittanning, a daughter of the late Alice (McMunn) and Merle G. Claypoole. Judy was a 1960 grad of Worthington-West Franklin High School. She then received her bachelor's degree in business from Penn State and her master's degree from Geneva College. She was employed for many years as an administrative assistant for the Internal Revenue Service in Pittsburgh. For the past 14 years, Judy and her family have been operating her lifelong dream, Renshaw Farms in South Buffalo Township. Judy enjoyed visiting with her high school friends every month, playing the organ at church, singing and working at the farm. She was a faithful member of Worthington Presbyterian Church, Worthington. Judy is survived by her husband of 55 years, William H. Renshaw; and two sons, Jason L. (Jamie) Renshaw, of South Buffalo Township, and Joshua L. Renshaw, of South Buffalo Township. She is also survived by three grandchildren, Lauren, Leah and Kennedi Clark; two sisters, Fay Ann (Jim) Cook, of Worthington, and Nancy Prewitt, of San Marcos, Calif.; and many loving nieces and nephews. Judy was preceded in death by her parents; and her sister, Shirley (Daniel) Solada. Family and friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Aug. 30, in the REDMOND FUNERAL HOME INC., 524 High St. in Freeport. Visitation will continue from 11 a.m. to noon Tuesday, Aug. 31, in Worthington Presbyterian Church, 197 Linton St, Worthington. Funeral service will follow at noon in the church with the Rev. Robert F. Hindman officiating. Burial will be held in McVille Union Cemetery in South Buffalo Township. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Worthington Presbyterian Church, 197 Linton St., Worthington, PA 16262.
