Kathy R. (Bish) Haggard

Kathy R. Haggard, 76, of Freeport, formerly of Hazel Hurst, passed away on Friday, April 10th, surrounded by family, at her residence.  Kathy was born in Kane, PA on November 30, 1949, a daughter of the late Leona (Williams) and John Frank Bish. She was a caregiver at numerous healthcare facilities in the area.  She enjoyed line dancing, bowling, family trips and cruises. 

Kathy is  survived by her daughter, Ellen (Christian) Milliren, of Freeport;  two sons Thomas (Amy) Haggard, of Chino, CA; and  Drew (Tracy) Haggard, of Barnum, MN. 

 She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, Andrew, Taylor, Micheal, Brianna, Jocelyn, Benjamin, Harley, Ryder, Philomena, Lennon; 5 great grandchildren, Kaiden, Dacelynn, Gemma, Sara & Adeline and her sister, Jackie (Bob) Cooney, of Smethport.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her son John Frank Haggard, her brother Rick Bish and her sister Lori Andrusis. 

Family and friends will be received on Monday, April 13 from 1-3 pm at the Redmond Funeral Home, Inc., 524 High Street, Freeport. A time of sharing will follow at 3 pm.
