Keith Cribbs Obituary

Keith Cribbs, 62, of Buffalo Twp., passed away on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 peacefully, at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. Keith was born in Natrona Heights on March 19, 1958, a son of the late Betty I. (Noble) and Logan Cribbs, Jr. Keith was a 1976 graduate of Freeport Area High School. After graduation, Keith took a job with Allegheny Ludlum Steel in Leechburg. He then worked at R&P Coal Co. in Shelocta, PA and then with Bill Cook Trucking in Sarver. He has spent the last 18 years working as a dispatcher with Landstar Trucking Co. Keith was a former member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Freeport. He was a social member of the Sarver VFW. In his younger years, Keith loved racing motorcycle hair scrambles and GNCC events. He loved animals, especially stray dogs and cats He loved spending time with his family. Keith is survived by his wife of 32 years, Sheryl L. (Watterson) Cribbs. Five sisters, Sandra (Darryl) Elder, of Buffalo Twp.; Linda (David) Beatty, of Grove City; Shirleen Mitchell, of Brockway; Beth (Sue Ziegenfus) Cribbs, of Buffalo Twp.; Leisa (Thomas) Brothers, of Buffalo Twp. Two brothers, Logan L. (Linda) Cribbs, of Cannonsburg; Terry Cribbs, of Valencia and his great niece, Kyah Pastoria, of Pittsburgh. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Keith is preceded in death by his parents and brother in law, Richard Mitchell. At the Keith's request there will be no public visitation and funeral services will be private. A public Celebration of Life Service will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to; Orphans of the Storm 11878 Pennsylvania 85 Kittanning, PA 16201.
