Rebecca A. (McCurdy) Beck

Rebecca A. Beck, 46, of Summit Twp., passed away on Friday, July 1, 2022, while surrounded by her family, at Allegheny General Hospital. Becky was born in Natrona Heights, on October 16, 1975, a daughter of Patricia A. (Flinner) and James R. McCurdy of South Buffalo Twp. She was a 1994 graduate of Freeport Area High School and a 1998 graduate of IUP where she received her bachelor's degree in accounting. Becky was currently working for Grane Healthcare in RIDC Park. She was a member of Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church in Natrona Heights. Becky was a member of the "Powered by Love" Autism Group. She enjoyed vacations at the beach, canoeing trips, going to concerts with her friends, shopping, and spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, Becky is survived by her husband of 16 years, Brian R. Beck, her son, Logan R. Beck. Two sisters, Kimberly & Justin Grech, of South Buffalo Twp. and nephew, Landon Grech. Christina McCurdy-Donnelly, of Allegheny Twp. She is also survived by her in laws, Roy & Diane Beck. Sister in law, Krystal & Jeff Bentz and niece, Abigail Bentz and nephew, Tyler Bentz, grandmother in law, Eileen Beck and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Becky is preceded by her maternal grandparents, Blair & Doris Stuchell, paternal grandparents, Archie & Betty McCurdy and grandfather in law, Roy Beck Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, July 5th from 2-4 & 6-9 pm in the Redmond Funeral Home Inc. 524 High St. in Freeport. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 6th, at 10 am, at Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church in Natrona Heights, PA with Pastor Eric Damon officiating. Burial will be held in Mt. Airy Cemetery Natrona Heights, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Faith Evangelical Lutheran Church 1500 Broadview Blvd. Natrona Heights, PA 15065.
