Silvia M. (Bocchi) Sikora

 Silvia M. Sikora, 86, of Leechburg, passed away on Tuesday, February 17, 2026  at Concordia Lutheran Ministries. Silvia was born in Cabot, on June 9, 1939, a daughter of the late Dena M. (Paganelli) and Silvis  Bocchi. She was the widow of Martin Sikora, who passed away December 4, 2018. Silvia was a graduate of Knoch High School. She was a secretary for Knoch School District. After retirement, she volunteered at Allegheny Valley Hospital. She attended St. Mary, Mother of God Church in Freeport. Silvia was known for her beautiful flower beds and abundant vegetable gardens. She enjoyed crafts and quilting. Silvia is survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and extended family. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by five brothers, Deno, Paul, Art, John and Anthony. In accordance with her wishes, there will be no visitation or services. Private interment will be held at St. Mary's Cemetery in Freeport.
