Thomas K. Toborkey

Thomas K. Toborkey, 69, of Central City, PA, formerly of Buffalo Twp., passed away on Sunday, August 15, 2021 peacefully, at Select Specialty Hospital in Johnstown, PA. Tom was born in Pittsburgh on September 23, 1951, a son of the late Mary (Dyga) and John R Toborkey, Sr. He was a member of the BAC Local #9 in Pittsburgh for over forty years. Tom enjoyed fishing, the outdoors, working and spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Dian J. (Webb) Toborkey. Two sons; Ray (Jamie) Toborkey, of Buffalo Twp. Matt (Dershelle) Toborkey, of South Buffalo Twp. He is also survived by his 3 grandchildren; Dylan, Frankie & Mattox Toborkey and a sister, Elizabeth Klecha, of Shaler Twp. He is preceded in death by his 3 brothers; William, John R., Jr. & Richard Toborkey and his brother in law, John Klecha Family and friends will be received on Sunday, August 22nd from 1- 3 pm in the Redmond Funeral Home Inc. at 524 High St. in Freeport, PA. Funeral service will be held in the funeral home following the visitation at 3pm.
