Morris L. Sarver, 84, of Buffalo Twp, passed away at 4:50 p.m., Friday, July 20th, peacefully, at UPMC St. Margaret in Pittsburgh.

Morris was born in Sarver, on February 24, 1928. He was the son of the late Mazie E. (Smith) and John Morris "JM" Sarver. Morris worked as a truck driver for 50 years. Morris drove for for a number of different tucking companies over the years. He was a member of the F&AM Lodge #239 in Freeport, New Castle Consistory and the Shrine in Pittsburgh. He was an avid collector of die-cast cars and trucks and enjoyed spending time with his family. Morris was a long time member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Freeport.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Mildred L. (Crownover) Sarver. 2 sons; Merle Sarver, of South Buffalo Twp. and Dean (Dawn) Sarver, of West Franklin Twp. 2 grandchildren Brady and Casie Sarver and his sister Sylvia Gregori, of Perm, OH. He is preceded by his brother, Calvin Sarver, who passed in 1963.

Family and friends will be received on Monday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.. in the Redmond Funeral Home Inc. 524 High St. Freeport Funeral Services will be held in the funeral home at 10:00 am on Tuesday, July 24th, with Rev. James Higgins officiating. Graveside services will be held on Greenwood Memorial Park in Lower Burrell, PA.
