Joyanne P. Kutsch, 61, of Freeport, passed away at 4:00 pm, Thursday, July 12th, while in the company of family members, at VNA Inpatient Hospice in Butler. Joyanne was born in Natrona Heights, PA on April 14, 1951, a daughter of Charles Jack, of Cadogan and the late Rachel M.(Tantlinger) Jack. She worked as a picker and did other jobs at Moonlight Mushroom in Winfield Twp. for 17 years. After the mushroom mine closed down, Joyanne went to work at the VFW Club and the Rainbow Bar, both in Freeport. Joyanne enjoyed shooting pool, watching NASCAR and socializing with her friends and family. When she was younger, she and her husband enjoyed camping and going to JEEP races. She is survived by her husband of 42 years, James B. Kutsch. 2 daughters Jamie L. (Ray) Toborkey, of Buffalo Twp. and Kelly A. Kutsch, of Freeport. Two grandsons, Brody Kutsch and Dillon Toborkey. Her sister, Linda C. Matson, of Freeport and 2 brothers, Charles H. "Butch" (Janet) Jack, of Buffalo Twp and Dan R. (Rose) Jack, of Washington St. Joyanne is preceded by her niece, Rachel J. Matson who passed in 2010. Family and friends will be received on Monday, July 16th from 2-4 and 7-9 pm in the Redmond Funeral Home Inc. 524 High St. Freeport, PA Funeral Services will be held in the funeral home at 12:00 am on Tuesday, July 17th, with Rev. Emery L. Barnett of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Sarver, officiating. Burial services will be private.
