Pearl P. Cummings, 80, of Freeport, passed away at 10:40 AM, Saturday, May 28th, while in the company of family members, at Alle-Kiski Medical Center, Natrona Heights.

Pearl was born in Butler, on August 16, 1930, the daughter of the late Armenta P. (Meyers) and Aaron Forringer. She was the widow of John A. Cummings who passed in 2006. Pearl was a homemaker who enjoyed her pets and collecting dolls. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and aunt and loved spending time with her family.

She is survived by her 4 daughters; Diana L. (Don) Rehner, of Freeport, Pamela J. (Ray) Straughn, of Freeport, Debra L. (Ron) Morrin, of Freeport. and Candyce C. Martin, of Detroit, MI;
2 sons Dennis D. (Beth) Cummings, of Cochrenville, PA. and Robert D. (Terry) Cummings, of Freeport. One brother, Melvin Forringer, of Milledgeville, GA. 15 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her 6 sisters, 3 brothers and her granddaughter, Amanda Lynn Morrin

Family and friends are being received on Monday 30th from 6-9 p.m. and on Tuesday May 31st. from 10 - 11 am in the Redmond Funeral Home Inc. 524 High St. Freeport.

A funeral service will be held in the funeral home at 11:00 am on Tuesday, May 31st, with Pastor Chuck Edwards officiating. Burial will be held at Union Cemetery South Buffalo Twp., PA.
