Mrs. Kathryn L. "Kathie" Brenneman, 67, of Freeport, passed away at 7:55 AM, Sunday, April 12th, 2009 peacefully at Good Samaritan Hospice Unit at Concordia, Jefferson Twp., PA.

Kathie was born in Tarentum, PA on March 20, 1942, the daughter of the late Victor and Irene (Easley) Rupert.

She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Freeport and was a volunteer at Freeport Area Library Freeport., for over 20 years

Kathy enjoyed traveling, walking and spending time with her nieces and nephews.

Kathryn is survived by her husband Harry C. Brenneman, III. Her sister, Mary Ann (Clem) Moxie of Natrona Heights. Two nieces; Erin Moxie Dempster of Marwood and Cara (Jim) Emore of Westminster, MD. Her nephew, Eric Moxie of Natrona Heights. She is also survived by her great nephews Kyle Dempster, Gavin and Braeden Emore and her great niece, Kendall Emore.

Family and friends are being received on Tuesday April 14th from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.. in the
Redmond Funeral Home Inc. 524 High St. Freeport.

A Funeral Service will be held in the funeral home at 11:00 am on Wednesday, April 15th, with Rev. William Mumaw of Freeport United Presbyterian church officiating. Burial will be held in Freeport Cemetery Freeport, PA.
